I have just returned home from the trip of a lifetime cruising on the four queens. We were looked after so well by Imagine every step of the way. What a fantastic trip! I can highly recommend Imagine and will be travelling with them again soon.

Dana from Imagine Customer Support excellent prior to my Turkey Tour & Cruise. I’m a solo traveller & she has responded quickly & efficiently to all inquiries. It can be quite stressful travelling solo & Dano provided factual & practical responses to issues which were quite worrying for me. We had booked a cruise while on another cruise with Holland America Line and we decided to downgrade our booked suite. It took a couple of calls but Sam managed to do it for us. And Matthew was involved as well. We received a very friendly and professional email from Katelyn regarding the new cost. We were impressed with the service of Imagine Cruising. We have used them before and we will use them again!!!

My wife and I are cruising from Los Angrlrd to Sydney next Oct 26. I only had a small enquiry with regards to a $30 discrepancy on the amount payable. Well Katelyn from Imagine Cruises was so helpful to me and I felt she really took a great interest in my enquiry. In less than 24 hours Katelyn had responded with a positive conclusion. I can not recommend Imagine Cruising highly enough. From the first phone call nothing as been too much trouble. I have made several phone calls, and each time have not been rushed, everything explained to me. I have a medical issue, and Mat was wonderful in explaining certain details to me . Then this morning I received a call from Katelyn who confirmed hotel accomodation queries, tours, airport assistance. I have travelled extensively, and can say the service received from Image Cruising staff, can not be faulted. THANKYOU.... I no hesitation in using your services or recommending your services in the future.

I called Katelyn at Imagine Cruising Brisbane office late on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. I was surprised that I managed to speak with someone so late in the day with minimal wait time. Katelyn was very pleasant and wasn't rushed or impatient. My final payment was coming up on a big trip to Europe and I was going to be away in the weeks prior to payment. Katelyn confirmed the final payment and due date and offered to email the relevant documents. I wish to thank Katelyn for her assistance and Imagine Cruising for an interesting itinerary incorporating both river and ocean cruising. Graham

She listened carefully to all my questions. Not only did she politely answer each question, Rani followed up with an update of our airline details in an email. What a treasure Katelyn is to the “Imagine Cruising Team”. We met at the Sydney World Square Hotel, where Katelyn was very efficiently, professionally, and with a genuine smile assisting passengers that had come off the Azamara Cruise ship that docked in Sydney Harbour. We were all being advised with our transfers through to Adelaide to join the Indian Pacific train back to Perth WA. The flooding and constant rain in the Broken Hill leg needed to be removed from the journey due to the rail being washed away. “Imagine Cruising“ had a private Virgin air charter move us all down to Adelaide to continue on with our journey. We were accommodated in upmarket hotels in Adelaide from the charter. Evening meals and breakfast vouchers, chocolates, and champagne to all including token refunds. Whilst it was a very disappointing change to the holiday, that many had planned for a very long time, nature has its own way of sticking a spoke into the best made plans. ! We are grateful for the effort from Katelyn along with all the people assisting from the “Imagine Cruising Team”. It truly could have been a lot worse without the genuine effort from all To please. Katelyn and I spoke about our personal future cruising plans. Again , extremely helpful. Thanks to Katelyn and team “Imagine” we will be back for our pre booked cruise in March 2027. Cheers.
